研究位于基体或夹杂中任意点的压电螺型位错与含界面裂纹圆形涂层夹杂的电弹耦合干 涉问题. 运用复变函数方法,获得了基体,涂层和夹杂中复势函数的一般解答. 典型例 子给出了界面含有一条裂纹时,复势函数的精确级数形式解. 基于已获得的复势函数和广 义Peach-Koehler公式,计算了作用在位错上的像力. 讨论了裂纹几何条件,涂层厚度和材 料特性对位错平衡位置的影响规律. 结果表明,界面裂纹对涂层夹杂附近的位错运动有很大 的影响效应,含界面裂纹涂层夹杂对位错的捕获能力强于完整粘结情况;并发现界面裂纹长 度和涂层材料常数达到某一个临界值时可以改变像力的方向. 解答的特殊情形包含了以 往文献的几个结果.  相似文献

An acoustic guidance method for pedicle screw placement during spine fixation surgery was recently investigated, with a view toward preventing complications such as injury to the spinal cord, thecal sac, and spinal nerve roots due to screw misplacement. The method relies upon the change in the ultrasound amplitude reflected at different sites—from the outer posterior cortex, through the pedicle, and towards the distal ventral cortex. The amplitude change was empirically observed through in vitro measurement of ultrasound amplitude at the different sites by inserting a 2.5-MHz single element transducer into a vertebral body through insertion pathway created by an advancing screw. This paper provides a theoretical and experimental rationale behind these empirical findings and distance-dependent correlation coefficients between amplitude and bone mineral density within the vertebral body, which approached 97%.  相似文献

A moving screw dislocation in a transversely isotropic piezoelectric material is investigated in detail. The analytical expressions for displacement, electric potential, stresses, electric displacements, strains, and electric fields are obtained. When the velocity of the dislocation is zero, or when the piezoelectric constant is zero, the results derived in this paper can reduce to known results.  相似文献

A method for forming multiring light beams (MRLB) on the basis of a biaxial crystal has been developed. The intensity distribution in output MRLBs depending on the parameters of the input light beam has been calculated. For the first time an optical scheme with three axicons for highefficiency transformation of the initial laser beam to a collimated light beam with wavefront dislocation is proposed. The method permits obtaining powerful laser MRLBs which can be used in data transfer and processing systems, in nanotechnologies for manipulating particles, for technological treatment of materials, for acting on organic cells and their components, and for investigating inhomogeneities of transparent media.  相似文献

A polycrystalline copper sample was compressed at room temperature, then the temperature was raised to 873 K in a vacuum and annealed without unloading. Grain boundary cracks were found at 3 coherent twin boundaries. The formation of these cracks can be interpreted based on the idea of strain induced grain boundary premelting (SIGBPM). It is emphasized that 3 twin boundaries can be one of the most dangerous boundaries for crack formation when certain experimental conditions are satisfied.  相似文献

Multiple processing by means of successive injection cycles was used to simulate the thermo-mechanical degradation effects on the oligomeric distribution of PLA under mechanical recycling. Likewise, an accelerated thermal ageing over PLA glass transition was performed in order to simulate its service life. MALDI-TOF MS was used for the analysis and the sample preparation procedure was assessed by means of a statistical Design of Experiments (DoE). The quality effects in use for the analysis were signal-to-noise ratio and Resolution. Different matrixes, analyte/matrix proportions and the use of NaTFA as cationization agent were considered. A deep inspection of the statistical results provided a better understanding of the influence of the different factors, individually or in combination, to the signal. The application of DoE for the improvement of the MALDI measurement of PLA stated that the best combination of factors (levels) was the following: matrix (s-DHB), proportion analyte/matrix (1/5 V/V), and no use of cationization agent. Degradation primarily affected the initially predominant cyclic [LAC]n and linear H[LAL]nOH species, where LA stands for a PLA repeating unit. Intramolecular and intermolecular transesterifications as well as hydrolytic and homolytic reactions took place during the formation and disappearance of oligomeric species. In both degradation mechanisms induced by thermal ageing and thermo-mechanical degradation, the formation of H[LAL]nOCH3 by intermolecular transesterifications was highlighted.  相似文献

Among the various methods available for recycling plastics waste, blending technology is a straightforward and relatively simple method for recycling. In this paper, a new blending technology, low‐temperature solid‐state extrusion, was discussed. Several recycled poly(terephthalate ethylene)/bisphenol a polycarbonate/poly(styrene‐b‐(ethylene‐co‐butylene)‐b‐styrene) blends (R‐PET/PC/SEBS blends) have been prepared by this technology. The results show that thermal and hydrolytic degradation of R‐PET is improved when extruding temperature was between the glass transition temperature (Tg) and cold crystallization temperature (Tcc). Elongation at break and notched impact strength were increased evidently, from 15.9% to 103.6, and from 8.6 kJ/m2 to 20.4 kJ/m2, respectively. The appropriate rotating speed of screws was between 100 and 150 rpm. At the same time, the appropriate rotating speed of the screws brings a suitable shear viscosity ratio of R‐PET and PC, which is of advantage to blending of R‐PET and PC together with SEBS. Dispersion of minor phase, PC and SEBS, became finer and smaller, to about 1 µm. Chain extender, Methylenediphenyl diisocyanate (MDI) can react with the end‐carboxyl group and end‐hydroxyl group of R‐PET. FT‐IR spectra testified that the reactions have been happened in the extruding process. A chain extending reaction not only increased the molecular weight of PET and PC, but also can synthesize PET‐g‐PC copolymer to act as a reactive compatilizer. The 1,5-dichloro-(1) and 1,5-dibromo-(2) naphthalene-2,6-diols form isostructural lattices incorporating ...O–H...O–H...O–H... hydrogen bonding surrounding 21 screw axes. Each phenolic hydroxy group participates in one donor and one acceptor hydrogen bond. When crystallised from dioxane, both compounds form new 1:1 co-crystalline materials whose lattices are closely related but not isostructural. All inter-phenolic hydrogen bonding is now absent with each hydroxy group acting instead as a donor to a dioxane oxygen atom. In consequence, the hydrogen bonded layer structures of pure1 or2 are now replaced by hydrogen bonded chain arrangements. All four crystal structures are analysed and compared in crystal engineering terms through discussion of the various types of other weak intermolecular attractions involved in their lattice constructions. An electro‐magnetized capillary die via a parallel co‐extrusion technique was used to study the changes in the overall and radial extrudate swell ratio of polystyrene (PS) melt flowing in a single screw extruder. The effects of magnetic flux density, wall shear rate (screw rotating speed) and die temperature were studied. The results suggested that, in the case of non‐magnetic die the average overall swell ratio of the melt ranged from 1.25 to 1.55. The swelling ratio increased with increasing wall shear rate up to 8.5 sec?1 and then decreased at 17.1 sec?1. Increasing die temperature caused a reduction of extrudate swell ratio. The changes in extrudate swell ratio can be explained using the simultaneously measured velocity profiles during the flow in the die, and the swell ratio decreased with increasing radial position. Melt contraction of the melt layer near the die wall was observed. The die temperature was found to have no effect on the change of the radial extrudate swell profiles. When an electro‐magnetized die was used, the average overall swell ratio was found to increase with increasing magnetic flux density to a maximum value and then decreased at higher flux densities. The magnetic flux density of the maximum swell was changed by the wall shear rate. It was associated with a balance of elastic and magnetic energies during the flow. The magnetic energy was thought to have a pronounced effect on the swell ratio at low shear rate and low die temperature. Considering the radial position, the highest swell ratio occurred at the duct center, in the range 2.4–3.3. There was no extrudate contraction of the melt layer near the die wall.
